All issues that have been scanned by Mannheim University Library are freely accessible and can be used without restrictions. This particularly concerns a number of issues from October 1, 1879 to July 31, 1914.
Since May 2019 this applies also to the issues that were scanned from microfilm. It is no longer necessary to use a personal or institutional account to get free access.
